Programme & Process

Who is the Reclaim Coaching programme for?

Whether you're starting fresh or starting over, Reclaim is for anyone ready to rise. It's designed for those who want to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and feel like themselves again, only better.

How much does it cost?

It’s £200 p/month; no hidden fees, no nonsense — you’ll know exactly what to do, why you’re doing it, and have someone in your corner every step of the way. Most clients say the results are priceless, but it starts here.

What does the 12-week coaching program include?

You’ll get personalised coaching focused on sustainable fat loss, muscle building, nutrition guidance (inc. meal planning support), mindset support, and an accountability system, all tailored to; you, your lifestyle and your goals.

How is the coaching delivered?

Coaching is primarily online via video calls, messaging, and progress tracking tools.

For exercise coaching, you can record your top sets and I can review the footage and include exercise form guidance in your feedback cycles.

In-person sessions may also be available depending on your location.

Does online coaching really work?

Absolutely. While I was skeptical at first, but when I decided to compete as a natural bodybuilder, hiring an online coach made all the difference; providing guidance, accountability, and expertise in unfamiliar territory.

Commitment & Expectations

Why is there a 3-month minimum commitment?

Meaningful and lasting change takes time. Three months is the minimum window to build better habits, see progress, and set the foundations for a lasting transformation.

What happens after the 3-months?

We'll continue with the coaching on a rolling monthly contract, setting new goals, reviewing and optimising until you say 'stop'.

If you choose to leave the programme we'll transition you to a maintenance plan, or you can take what you’ve learned and keep going independently - whatever suits you best.

Is there a notice period?

Anytime after completion of the initial 3 month starter block. We request just one calendar month's notice.

A one calendar month notice period ensures we can properly wrap up your coaching journey, provide final guidance, and support a smooth transition - whether that’s moving into maintenance, pausing, or continuing on the program independently. It also allows us to manage scheduling and availability fairly for all clients, ensuring everyone gets the attention and continuity they deserve.

How much time will I need to dedicate weekly?

Typically, expect an average of 4-6 hours per week, including workouts, check-ins and review & optimization sessions. Plans can be tailored to fit busy schedules.

How soon will I see results?

Everyone is different and a lot depends on your starting point. I felt the benefits within a month, all clients will notice changes in strength, energy, and mindset within weeks and sustainable fat loss will typically show over the full 12 weeks.

Nutrition & Training

Will I have to follow a strict diet?

No strict diets here. Nutrition plans focus on flexibility and sustainability, helping you enjoy food while meeting your goals.

What if I have dietary restrictions or preferences?

We tailor nutrition advice to fit your needs, whether you’re vegetarian, have allergies, or follow any other guidelines.

Do I need access to a gym?

Access to a gym is recommended. We can tailor workouts based on the equipment available to you, whether at your gym or at home, to make sure that you get the most effective training possible.

Is a gym pass included in the fee?

No. Our fees are exclusive of any gym pass, gym subscriptions or entry fees.

Support & Motivation

What if I struggle to stay motivated?

Coaching includes mindset support and accountability systems designed to help you push through tough spots and stay consistent.

Can I contact my coach with queries?

Yes, you’ll have access to direct messaging support for any questions and encouragement throughout the programme.

Health & Safety

Is this program safe if I have health conditions?

We always recommend checking with your healthcare provider / GP before starting any new fitness program. Plans can be adapted to accommodate health needs.
