We start with a conversation. This discovery session gives us a clear picture of where you’re at, what challenges you’re facing and where you want to go. You’ll leave knowing your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure), the baseline for smart goal driven nutrition. If you decide to move forward, the things we discuss in this session will become the foundation for your personalised plans.

The goal plan.

Once you're onboard the first thing we'll do is create your personalised goal plan. Everything we do from here will be optimized with this goal in mind. This isn’t about chasing numbers, it’s about building a life you’re proud to live in. Together, we’ll set clear goals and create a mission statement that keeps you grounded when life gets hard. It’s not just what you’re aiming for, it’s why it matters too.

The nutrition plan.

No cutting out entire food groups. No extremes. Just a plan that fits your life and works for the long haul.
